About our Company

The objective of the company is to among other things procure and sale all agricultural inputs such as Agro-chemicals, Seeds, Fertilizers and Agricultural Machineries Implements at competitive prices without compromising quality. In fulfillment of this objective the company is thus to provide all necessary support and backup services for the overall agricultural development in the state. The article and memorandum of corporation of the company also allows it to engage into such duties as producers, suppliers and distributors of agricultural and agro-allied products.

Managing Director / MD

To perform its functions, JASCO operates in the spirit of team work headed by it’s Managing Director who is assisted by a group of seasoned professionals. There are 3 core units, namely, Operations, Procurement and Planning as well as Administration and Finance units. Each of the three units is further sub-divided into 2 or more sub-units. The company Legal Adviser and Internal Auditor directly report to the Managing Director.

The company organization structure provides for a Board of Directors as an apex decision-making body to whom the Managing Director reports.
